We focus on building competency in managing strategy and managing people. We leverage the Miller Success Factor Assessment and research-based 9 Success Mindsets to build skills through development of self-awareness, self-honesty and self-discipline.

Immersive

Participants build skills through development of an organizational Success Initiative focused on real-life business outcomes, building an inspired vision, commitment and accountability.

Transformative

Through focused interaction with their cohort, engagement in team and individual coaching, ongoing leadership of their Success Initiative, participants learn how to more effectively move their organization forward.

Classroom & Self-Reflection

Workshops, Assignments and Self-Reflection focused on building competency in the 9 Success Mindsets and creation of their organizational Success Initiative.

Team and Individual Coaching

Monthly sessions to reinforce connection with the 9 Success Mindsets, alignment with organizational goals and development of leadership skills.

Accountability

Presentation of completed Success Initiative with feedback from the group and participants manager. Participants will be more engaged, self-directed, innovative, accountable AND produce consistently remarkable results.

Course Duration

Four to Six Months

We focus on building competency in managing people, projects and tasks through improved delegation and accountability. We leverage the Miller Success Factor Assessment and research-based 9 Success Mindsets to build skills through development of self-awareness, self-honesty and self-discipline.

Immersive

Participants build skills through development of a personal Success Initiative aligned with the goals and objectives of their organization and resulting in real-life business outcomes.

Transformative

Through focused interaction with their cohort, engagement in team and individual coaching, ongoing leadership of their Success Initiative, participants reap the benefits of fully supported leadership development that addresses the key issues for First-Time Managers.

Coaching is also recommended beyond the Becoming a Success Minded Leader and the Fast-Track-to-Success programs to ensure the behaviors being built have the best opportunity for success.
