Mini Miller Success Factors Assessment (MSFA)

Welcome to the
Mini-Miller Success Factors Assessment

Success Coach MSFA

Thank you for your interest in the Miller Success Factors Assessment (MSFA)!

The Miller Success Factors Assessment was developed from qualitative research on factors, traits, attitudes, and characteristics that make successful people successful.

Leveraging extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise in corporate and workforce development and working with a team of professionals with advanced degrees in leadership studies, psychology and communication, and a nationally recognized leadership-development coach, the Miller Success Factors Assessment was meticulously crafted to provide professionals an understanding of where they excel and what they need to further develop.

The mini-survey gives a snapshot on 3 of the 9 Success Mindsets: Vision, Passion and Perseverance. It takes only a few minutes to complete. We recommend that you block out uninterrupted time to ensure you can concentrate on the questions.

As you go through the assessment, please answer each question according to how accurately it describes you. The answer you choose should reflect the authentic you, not what you wish you were. This will help you to get the most accurate baseline analysis of where you currently are and where you need to develop.

To help us gather data around the reliability of this survey, we request that you answer the demographic questions below before you start the actual survey. True North Professional Development values and protects the information you entrust to us. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Thank you!
